How to clean a cream leather bag? - how to clean outside of trailer

Hello everyone, I have a leather bag, which had a really clean, I tried, could do to clean with a clean face, but it is a kind of a lot worse!
I was wondering if anyone tips on how to be cleaned without using harsh product.
