I have TMJ, or temporomandibular joint disorder, and was wondering what you can do to alleviate the pain.? - temporomandibular joint more condition_symptoms

My jaw cracks POP, as usual, but do not know where to go to physical therapy, and I'm sure there are things I can do to help heal the muscles. What can I do?

One of the biggest problems is that people gnashing their teeth at night. Get a warrant on the night stop. Are they easy to find.

Another good idea is to keep the tongue on the roof of the mouth, such as opening and closing the jaw. This will open the joint and close properly and possibly Stop The Pop.

Ask a dentist or speech therapist refers to a PT who specializes in the rehabilitation of the temporomandibular joint. There are more than you think. Also help if you know any good PT, ask them to call it (and just ask) and I'm sure you know (or can find) someone out there can. 99% of the time is a very curable

[Edit]
I PT, is badass and you know in order to deal with such things be good. Thank you for your polite!
